The estate agency form also requests the agency name. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, manage the instruction. Sensitive documents should not be sent through the initial enquiry form.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, the professional relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to an instruction will be retained for no more than twelve months, unless a legal obligation or the need to address liability requires otherwise.

Recipients and service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, and the form uses Cloudflare's email service to deliver enquiries to the website owner. Where the purpose requires it, certain information and documents may be shared with the appraisal company validating the report, after informing the client.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability through the contact channel above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
